Jana loves all the colors of the sea, which is the main reason why she joined Flaghip, but of course the great crew also played a role in that ?.

She has been sailing in the waters of HR for a while now – she anchored at the shores of psychodiagnostics, internal HR, but spent most of her time on the waves of recruitment and headhunting.

There she learned to read nautical charts, show the right direction and be a solid point for her clients and candidates - a lighthouse in a stormy sea.
