He has been in recruitment since 2017, where he was forcibly inducted and convinced that marketing or catering is not his field. He has never regretted his decision and has found himself in this field. Unlike Hanka, he has already had a very successful launch of his once student-run business venture. So who else should be the captain but Michal. And not only because of his carefully cultivated sailor's beard, but above all because of his steering skills. Michal is a captain who can keep the ice calm even in the biggest storm, which is the envy of everyone in our crew. His specialty is complicated technical positions and he is also at home in sales and marketing.

In his private life, he tests his icy calm mind on his son, whose imagination is as endless as the shores of the ocean. And when he has time, he flushes out the endorphins with his hobbies. Apart from his family, his biggest hobby is of course his work! :D But when he's not working, you'll find him doing adrenaline or winter sports. He has already done airplane driving, wind tunneling, scuba diving, flyboarding and many more and has many more adventures ahead of him for sure, besides a promising career that is an adrenaline rush in itself.
