Renča is definitely not one of those who would be intimidated by the sea of recruitment – quite the opposite. Her journey began during her studies. She earned her master's degree in human resources management as a head of a recruitment team.

However, she had already tried other waters before that and set off into the world for adventure between semesters - she worked at an amusement park in the USA or made sushi and picked blueberries in the UK. The result? English, openness to the world and the ability to cope on any deck.

She also used to do orienteering before and while back then she used to look for checkpoints in the forest according to the map, now she has been scouring the job market map for over 5 years looking for talents - in this case, however, she doesn't get lost and goes straight :).

Even though work is her hobby, traveling remains her passion. She likes to go and get her adrenaline pumping through sports, riding a motorbike or stopping at a shooting range. She sees her native Luhačovice as the best relaxation. And even though she likes hustle and bustle, she needs fixed points in life, order, a clear course and a port from which she can set sail again.
