He’s spent his entire professional life in the world of services. Recruitment came his way in 2016 thanks to his colleague Hanka – and from that moment, it was clear he’d found his calling. He says recruitment is addictive, and the chance to change people’s lives through new career opportunities is the best thing that’s ever happened to him professionally.

He’s most passionate about technical and engineering roles. The stories of people from these fields fascinate him – often so inspiring that, in his opinion, some of them would deserve to be turned into a book.

Outside of work, he’s the dad of two teenagers, a little preschooler, and the husband of Zuzka – who, by all accounts, deserves a halo. Every bit of his free time goes to the softball field – as head coach of a men’s top-league team and youth national team coach (yes, all his free time). So if you ever want to get into an endless conversation with him, just say one word: softball.
